Dan has extensive experience in building companies and delivering for clients, having built and run Premier Negotiations in Oregon for 9 years—helping over 3,900 clients avoid foreclosure. Dan is an expert researcher, marketing manager, and team builder.
Dan loves the Maui life, spending his spare time golfing, hiking, and fishing. He is always making connections and building relationships with Hawaiian Management clients.

Daniela is a highly sought-after principal broker thanks to her ability to develop a loyal clientele and bring even the most difficult transactions to closing. Daniela brings 18 years of experience dealing with complex transactions and clients to her work with Hawaiian Management. She earned the coveted Diamond Platinum Membership in the Million Dollar Club from the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors for having sold $20,000,000 over four years.
Daniela is a serial entrepreneur, having started multiple businesses and real estate brokerages. She is now focused solely on Hawaii Property Management and delivering a great experience for owners and clients.
Daniela has been Licensed in Hawaii for over 3 years and in Oregon for 20 years. She’s
built Hawaiian Management and Executive Asset Group through her tenacity and drive, traits she brings to every task within the Hawaiian Management project.
